1996 (P) BMW 8 SERIES 840 Ci 2dr Auto

This absolutely beautiful 4.4 V8 BMW 840 CI really is a spectacular example. Finished in Calypso Red metallic with full black leather interior. She has covered just 35,000 miles and wants for nothing. The interior of the car still smells new when you open the door.

The car was supplied new to a family friend of ours here in Weston-super-Mare in August 1996. He put the car into his company in the September that year. He then sold his business in 1999 and retired to the South of Spain where the car has lived for the last 25 years. Sadly he passed away in 2005 so the car then went into his wife’s name who has had the car in storage for virtually 20 years and only came out for an odd MOT. We’ve since fully recommissioned the car to the glorious example seen here today and actually drove the car back from the South of Spain last week so she’s done 1,500 trouble free miles.
